The City’s Navigation Center, managed and operated by Mercy House, opened its doors to the first homeless clients on Monday, December 7, 2020.  It was a momentous occasion for the Huntington Beach community that has cited homelessness as one of their primary concerns.  The Navigation Center, which was built in approximately 3 months, will provide safe shelter and access to critical services for up to 174 adults.
